Incredibly helpful and empathetic staff. while I was unable to be seen a patient there due to insurance network issues, the lady who returned my call was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and guided me in the right direction on where to go. 5 stars goes to customer service

The doctor answered all of my questions, explained everything to me really well, and gave me a prescription that I'm confident is the best and most accurate I could have had. I asked if she could dilate my eyes to be extra thorough and that was no problem. After going to another optometrist in Coos Bay who offered me a prescription that was blurrier than the glasses I walked in with that's a big deal to me. There were no lines whatsoever when I came for my appointment and the office was very warm and inviting. All the staff were friendly too. I had my appointment about 2 weeks ago and just picked up my new glasses today, and I love them! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My experience at Bandon vision center was professional, helpful, and accommodating. The staff was knowledgeable and when it came to choosing frames, my associate was patient and considerate of my needs. She asked me my profession and got to know my style and helped me find the right frames for my face. It ended up being one of the first choices she suggested after over a dozen try-on's. I haven't worn glasses in years, so I really needed the outsider's perspective. I am 100% confident that I found the right fit in Bandon Vision Center. See them or their partner clinic in Coquille, I have friends with minor to serious vision problems who recommend them as well.

This was THE best visit I've ever had at an optometrist. The office is large, clean, and welcoming. The staff were friendly, and polite. I felt like I could ask ANY question, even if I thought it was dumb. The tools they use are modern, and less invasive. I will definitely go back. And I am moving my whole family to this office as well.

I was a bit nervous before going even though I've been going to the eye doctor since I was a kid. The staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. All my questions were answered and I didn't have to wait long. Very professional staff, looking forward to my next appointment.

Because this is the only eye doctor in Bandon I have used them 4 times over the years. Only once did they get my glasses correct the first time. The other three were wrong prescription, wrong size, wrong prescription I hesitated to go to Walmart for glasses but they can't be any worse then this.

Do not recommend. Was charged 2 more times after original price. They kept missing price. Paid 1000 dollars. Then got a bill in mail for more money. Refused to pay so was sent to collections. UPDATE...Went to court and I won against collection agency. All for a pair of glasses.
