Coquille Vision Center

Everyone is friendly and professional here. They see patients on time, rarely running late in my experience. I like how clean and organized the office is. They have a pretty big selection of frames for a small office as well. When I ordered my glasses I was able to pay half at that time and the other half when I picked them up. Much appreciated. On my most recent visit I saw the traveling retina specialist. He was friendly and thorough, and explained things clearly when I had questions. My eye issue needs more testing but I have confidence that he can solve it.

My family and I have gone here for years. For being a small clinic, their selection of glasses is actually quite good. Some years we'd buy our glasses here and other years we'd get our prescription updated, but go elsewhere for glasses. I've found that I prefer to buy them here because of the excellent customer service, and the fact that they stand by the frames that they sell. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, this year they stopped taking our insurance, so we'll have to pay more if we want to continue going here.

I've been so scared to make my own appointment without my moms help, I put it off for a year and a half. Anyways, these ladies helped me fill out the paper work without treating me differently. My glasses came within a week. Overall I recommend this vision center for anyone, not just young adults
