I get a great long exam in August from a student and then the doctor. Was there for few hours but understood. Then they lose my glasses order that I picked out. Then they need me to come back the following month re pick them out. And so I did. And this all started in August 5th now we going on November 5th and they still aren't ready??? And when I went there was blood on the chair it was gross. And now they telling me my glasses still aren't ready. No glasses place no matter students low income etc take this long.

My Mom ordered glasses from October 3rd till now December 6th but does not receive any call to pick up the order. I called so many times but nobody pick up the phone. Very disappointed about the service.
