Dr Johnson was very good and I would not mind seeing him again. On the other hand, the office staff if a different story. Telling me and my wife that we are covered with our medicare insurance. Gave them all the info over the phone and all was good. After the appointment, they said I was only partially covered and I owe money for the exam and I have to pay for my glasses. Medicare covers my eye exam and glasses 100%. They said afterwards that my insurance did not cover 100% with them, which they never told us. Was not very happy and will not recommend this place. I will have to report this also to medicare and my insurance company.

Everyone was fantastic, only took an hour for exam and to pick out new glasses. Dr explained everything every deal. Will recommend to everyone.

Nice staff, professional, took good care of me and my eye care needs! Took a little bit to get used to new glasses but now they're fine.

It's been and still is the only eye Dr. I'll go to. About 3 years ago, during an exam he caught that my right retina wasn't right and immediately referred me to a specialist in Salem. Everything turned out fine. He's an excellent eye Dr.

Our experience at Mid-Valley Eyecare in Monmouth, OR, was excellent from start to finish! The front office staff gave us a warm welcome, and our wait time was minimal. The assistant who took us back was wonderful with my children--she remained calm and patient, even when my daughter blinked repeatedly during the eye photo, still managed to get the images needed. The doctor was kind, professional, and took the time to answer our questions, making us feel truly welcomed. We were also impressed with how quickly our glasses were ready. Plus, they reminded us about our son's glasses warranty, which allowed us to get them fixed without any issues. Overall, we highly recommend Mid-Valley Eyecare for their friendly service, professionalism, and efficiency!

I just won't go anywhere else. Dr. Johnson is kindness embodied and his whole staff follows suit. They do it all. I just think this office is the absolute best.
