I honestly couldn't have had a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome, relaxed, and genuinely well taken care of. Everyone was friendly, professional, and efficient without ever feeling rushed or impersonal. I felt seen! (See what EYE did there?) Dr. Balcer was excellent--thorough, clear, and very easy to talk to. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, answered my questions thoughtfully, and struck that rare balance between being reassuring and efficient. I left feeling confident about my eye health and appreciative of how smooth the whole visit was. If you're looking for an eye care clinic that gets both the medical side and the human side right, this is it. Great staff, great doctor, and an all-around great experience. Highly recommend.

I have used LaPine Eye Care for many years. Even though I moved over 4 years ago I still come back to see Dr Balcer when I'm in town visiting family. I know I will never find better care elsewhere. Everyone in the office is kind, professional, so helpful and super efficient! I LaPine Eyecare!!

La Pine residents rejoice, you don't have to drive to Bend for quality eye care. I couldn't be happier with my experience at La Pine Eyecare Clinic. My prescription was right the first time, the glasses fit just right, and everyone was really nice. It was a completely different experience from the one I had in Bend last year. I feel fortunate to have found La Pine Eyecare Clinic. I definitely recommend them.

I can't recommend Dr. Balcer and his team enough! From the second I walked in the door I was treated warmly and professionally by everyone. As a new patient their online portal was an easy way to get my information into their systems. They called me ahead of my appointment to confirm my details and I walked right through the door and into an exam room, a totally seamless process. The staff treated me like I had been coming there for years. Thank you Dr. Balcer and team for a great experience!

Love Doctor Graham Balcer but the woman who is the manager of their billing department is definitely not attentive to dealing with clients. No matter what you have going on, you need to respond to each client's needs/phone messages in their order even if you merely respond with you're working on it is better than Ignoring my phone messages which definitely does not endear me to you. Actually just the opposite, it irritates me. I have owned and successfully operated 3 different businesses and our customers always came first, apparently not how you "manage" your department.

I am giving two stars because of the staff they were wonderful. Unfortunately, the doctor that saw me was condescending uncaring and dismissive, he did not listen to what was said to him he was busy talking over me. I went to him to have issues addressed and that did not happen. would never go back to see him again.

My experience with Lapine Eyecare Clinic was very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and they donated a device to my university for research purposes. I highly recommend.

My family and I have been patients of La Pine Eye-care Clinic since 2004. They're always accommodating, very friendly, efficient & effective. Dr. Balcer is knowledgeable, experienced, genuine, & personable. Dr. Balcer & his team are great with kids of all ages. They provide a wide range and variety of services including contact lenses, eye glasses, preventative care, sun glasses, they even helped us make an informed decision & coordinated lasik eye surgery. This community is lucky to have them in La Pine! Our family of five has complete gratitude & appreciation for Dr. Balcer, his amazing team, & we highly recommend them to everyone.
