Dr. Vi went above and beyond, giving recommendations that I hadn't heard before (including steps to relieve sore eyes) that are already working wonders on my eye comfort. Im visiting Sisters on vacation and the nose pad broke off my glasses. I don't have a spare set and wasn't sure what to do. I went in there on Monday morning (ignore Google they ARE open Mondays) and the very nice woman set me right up in like 5 minutes. If I lived here I'd be a full time customer!

These guys were wonderful! All of the staff from the front desk, lady, I think her name is, Stephanie, and everyone else was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional. I had a great experience, and I must confess I haven't been for an eye appointment in over a decade. It was long overdue. The doctor gave me a really great Prognosis and plan for going forward with my eyecare. I am so glad I came here.

Dr. Toni was easy to work with and friendly. She educated me on things I didn't know about diabetes and how it affects my eyes. Everyone there was friendly, helpful and kind. I really enjoyed the selection of frames and plan to order some in the near future and use one of their economical plans for frames and lenses. I'm impressed, it was the end of the day and everyone made me feel welcome as if it were bright and early.

I've called a couple times recently with a question & never had my call returned as requested. I showed up today at 1:15, they're door was open & as I walked up, an employee shut the door right in front of me. I know now they are closed for lunch from 1-2 but the employee never verbally said sorry but we're at lunch. Just a stare from everyone inside & backs were turned. I showed up later today & they said they only had prescription glasses. This would have been nice to know in the 1st place when I called twice and left unreturned messages. The radio seemed a little loud behind the front desk. Maybe that's why they can't hear the phone. Will not return and will not recommend to others.
