John was very nice! And because of him I give four stars, but one of the desk ladies kind of ruins me ever wanting to go back. When I called to check up on glasses that were ordered, the gal who answered had a VERY ill-mannered tone and even hung up on me!

What a great place! Just had an eye exam and John was so personable, friendly, and actually listened to my concerns. He even plucked my eyelashes in the corners of my eyes, and had the front staff replace the pads on my glasses. The front staff is also very personable and friendly. I wish I'd known about them sooner!
