Haven't had an appointment just yet so I will update this review after the appointment. But so far their website was easy to navigate, easy to read information and what educational information they included. It was simple to request an appointment. The only thing that could have made it better was if the requesting appointment dates and times that are open, was shown. To help in selecting for a appointment request, other then that no complaints.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Palm and his assistants are great! I love that I can get my eyes examined without having to get dilated. My insurance doesn't cover the extra test it but it's well worth the $25! I also appreciate how Dr. Palm shows me the image of my eye and takes the time to discuss the health of my eyes.

Visit was fairly quick. Dr Palm spoke quite plainly in explaining things. I have been wearing contacts since about 1990, and this was my best experience. And his prescription corrected my vision better than anyone has in many years.

There is zero communication from office to client. This used to be a really great facility. The last 2 years our family has had nothing but problems. Trying to use the warranty to get a lense replacement has been the biggest head ache of my life. It is unfortunate because the actual eye docotor him self is wonderful. The office staff is so unorganized its rediculous. I do not reccomend this business to anyone.
