Waldport Eye Care

I have been coming here for several years. I am so disappointed to hear that Kay is leaving, she was just excellent in helping pick out frames and always had such a good selection!! The selection seems quite different now, all very similar to one another. They were very helpful in a pinch when my granddaughter lost her contacts in replacing one while she was here visiting. I also really like the new optometrists (twins) very nice!

We were in town from Montana and my son ripped a contact and forgot to bring extras. (Gotta love the teen years!) We had called a few places looking for help on our way through Portland, and they were all less then helpful. Called ahead to Waldport Eye Care and they were AMAZING! The ladies working the phones were clearly busy, but absolutely interested in helping us out. Our eye doc sent the info down and we had contacts in our hands hours later when we arrived! I can't thank them enough. In a time and an area where so many people don't care about others or customer service, Waldport Eye Care treated us like family. I would highly recommend them and am still so thankful for how they treated us! Thanks again!

I have been a patient here for 6 years as well as my children, and we have always received excellent care and service. Dr. Berry is great with kids and attentive to their needs. The staff is helpful and accomodating, and the new building is beautiful and state-of-the-art. Highly recommend!

Probably the best eye checkup I've ever had. Everyone from the receptionist, assistant, doctor, and optician were very professional and friendly!! Great prices, thorough exam and pretty speedy turn around for my glasses! (Lots to choose from too!)

I've been going here for twenty years. Recently I broke my glasses' frames when I was away from home, so called up to order a whole new set of glasses. They pointed out something I didn't realize: The frames were still under warranty. They promptly sent me new ones.

9 am appt today. Dr. Grant Knowles did not see me until 10, due to "a mistake." While talking. before the exam began, Dr. Knowles let his mask slip below his nose and did not put it back until I mentioned it. I then left the office without completing the appointment, and reported him to the Optometry Licensing Board for substandard care. BUYER BEWARE!

Very friendly, efficient and COVID-19 safe. Exam was very thorough, overall cost reasonable. Excited to get my new glasses!

they were wonderful with my 5 year old and his first pair of glasses! they are so nice! we love going here!
