Been SEEING Dr Korn for over twenty years. I've been very happy with the professionalism extended to me by both Dr Korn and his staff. Love Terry, she always accommodates my appointment needs and gets my contacts mailed directly to my house if not in stock. Having a bad prescription sometimes means my contacts are not commonly available. They deal with all my insurance issues and advise me on the best options so I pay the least out of pocket!

Dr. Korn and staff are AWESOME! I've been coming here for a few years and now have my Dad coming here. Clean place, sterile equipment. Friendly staff. But the main reason I come here is Dr. Korn. He's a great guy who has a passion for his craft that you can clearly see. He doesn't just check your eyes, he explains things. And plus he's a Veteran like me. I went to Dr. Korn to get a new contact prescription and everyone was very friendly and helpful. When I had issues with my one contact lens, the got me in right away and fixed the problem quickly. I sincerely recommend them for your next eye exam!

I tried to start contacts with this optometrist and ended up with a contact lost is my eye that I couldn't remove. I went in to the office and the receptionists were far more concerned than Dr. Korn. He looked at my eye for about three minutes and told me that the lens wasn't in there. It came out on its own today, three days later. I hope there will not be a subsequent eye infection. Not acceptable.

The only reason we went to this practice was the convenience of LenCrafters being right next door. But due to the unprofessional and uncourteous way I was treated by the doctor we will no longer be giving them our business.
