Was so nice going for my appointment today. No masks required, only if you wanted to wear one. The atmosphere was so different. Everyone was more laid back. Like they didn't mind being there. It was like people found their voices again. My time went by very quickly. You could tell the staff was back to normal. Smiles that brightened everyone's faces.

Everybody there was so polite. The doctor and the nurse, both explained what they were going to do before they did it. The lady at the register desk was very patient and didn't try to rush me, arriving or leaving. The waiting room was clean and spacious. Altogether, a nice experience.

This was a first-time visit. The staff was polite and professional and the wait was minimal. Every part of the testing process was explained well along the way. The doctor was clear about his diagnosis & the necessary treatment. The rating would have been 5 stars if I hadn't felt the need to ask for more detailed info about the medication. So far, I would definitely recommend this practice for those that need this level of eye care.
Second visit was also a good experience. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone for any type of eye care.
