The doctor and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I never felt rushed and was able to take my time during my exam and while choosing frames. My husband and 5-year-old also had appointments, and I was a little nervous since it was my son's first eye exam. The doctor was absolutely amazing with him and made the experience feel effortless and comfortable. The optician was just as wonderful, making sure his glasses were the correct size and fit his face perfectly.

I wish I could give them more than five stars! My husband and I had consecutive appointments yesterday at the Southland shopping center, Vision Works. We were greeted warmly and quickly taken into pretesting, Cody did a fine job. This was the second time that Perry Christopher 0D performed my eye exam, he was both thorough and easy to talk to. I hope he is there when I go back next year to get another pair of glasses. Niq was our favorite part of the appointment. She made picking out glasses fun. I felt like we were family. And incidentally, the place was immaculate.

Absolutely horrible experience. Twice. They do nothing but try to upsell and completely ignore my insistence that I only want to purchase what my insurance pays for. I also called them after my daughter got a scratch over her pupil and needed a follow up. The person who answered the phone was absurdly condescending telling me they have optometrists, not ophthalmologists, as if I should've known that and shouldn't be wasting their time with the phone call. It was an honestly disgusting experience. It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. Avoid them at all costs.

From the minute I walked in the door the staff was very attentive to my presence greeted immediately and very professionally and kind atmosphere the whole experience was a very positive one the doctor was very thorough and was paying attention to my needs and it was a good exam I haven't been on eye doctor in years the whole experience was a good one Becky the young lady who helped me up front choose my lenses and frames was very interested in helping me to the fullest extent and picking the lenses that I wanted and was really paying attention to my needs he was really nice I liked her a lot she's a people person very easy to talk to and I would recommend you guys to my friends and family I was very happy with my visit and will be a return customer in the future

Our appointments were very easy to schedule, at the time for the appointments, we were taken in and started the testing on time, then the testing with the doctor was easy and he answered all the questions we had about the condition of our eyes and what the changes from the previous visit were, he was very easy to talk with and answered all of our questions, the selection of frames made it hard to choose from but we picked the ones we liked the most, the last step fitting for the multi-lens was easy and the lady( I forgot her name)
but she was very helpful with the decision of the frames and and any other questions we had about the glasses we had. Everyone that worked there was very nice and helpful, we were very happy with our visit at Vision Works!
