-Told at the time of my appointment they do not offer the service I was seeking-
Although I could tell Cynthia was helpful and understanding as she helped the front desk retrieve my records from their emr system, she told me that the location wasn't licensed to provide CRT/Orthokeratology, though I had clearly stated the service multiple times with the schedulers before the appointment.
Though it's a common practice to get a routine exam somewhere else, it seems this caused major disruption when it came to scheduling and pulling records.
I'd say be very careful when it comes to scheduling here. I'm not confident in the business management of the admin staff.
