Walked in on a Saturday morning, my niece broke her frame Gina was working and she was amazing. We looked through the frames she showed me what they had that would fit her lenses. I picked a frame. She popped the lenses into the frame and out the door I went . My niece loves the glasses and when I tell you, everything was done in 20 minutes.

Purchased glasses also recently and they were Tom Ford (no more than 6 months) and sadly they just snapped but when I called no problems they said it's covered and they'll call when they come in! So quick. Was on phone for less than a minute. Love it! Thank you
