I can't thank Valley Eye Care Associates enough for their incredible service! During a family vacation, I accidentally lost my glasses in a pond, and I was in a panic. Fortunately, the team at Valley Eye Care was there to help. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. They quickly arranged for an eye exam, and Dr. Lori Coleman-Lee was exceptional--professional, thorough, and incredibly understanding of my urgent situation. Within just an hour, I had a new pair of affordable glasses, allowing me to fully enjoy the rest of our trip without missing a beat. I highly recommend Valley Eye Care Associates for their kindness and efficiency. They truly saved our vacation! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

I would absolutely recommend! My glasses split in half and the next morning I went to Valley eye Care associates. Brian and Hailey in the office were so prompt and so nice! The doctor is very knowledgeable!! They were able to get me in and out with an exam, brand new frames and prescription within an hour and a half! Not to mention how reasonably priced everything is for a self pay!

Valley Eye Care's service was exceptionally warm and friendly, and had a seldom found humanity in their approach to medical care. They treat you like a person and go above and beyond to ensure that anyone who comes in will be leaving with one less worry. They were very accommodating and willing to take dozens of (only tangentially relevant) questions while I was having my eye exam. I would wholeheartedly recommend Valley Eye Care, this is the kind of place that really value their customers - and it shows.

Overpriced. Also, I went for my glasses to be repaired at Valley Eye Care (where I originally purchased my $150.00 glasses). I was told that they would call me the next day to try and get me a replacement pair of glasses because mine had been slightly damaged. I thought this was great! However, after I called back twice because I hadn't received a call-back as promised by the doctor's assistant, both times I was put on hold and then told they had no idea what I was talking about. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER return here again. If you don't get it in writing, don't trust what you are told.

We really liked this place for the staff, the glasses. Today my husband called trying to schedule an appointment for us. Whomever he was speaking with , as he was trying to explain our coverage had changed she refused to let him give her our new insurance information and repeatedly told him it wasn't our coverage. She was very nasty- and I told my husband if that is there customer service we need to find somewhere else to go and he hung up. A few minutes later the doctor called my husband back and instead of asking what the situation was she started yelling at my husband, accusing him of abusing her employee, that he can't call her employee and talk to her like that. I stated that she was doing the exact thing she was accusing my husband of doing. My husband wasn't asked what happened, or why as she just kept yelling at him. He was on speaker both calls. If this is how " helpful " these people are then obviously we will go somewhere else. What is sad is it was all over an insurance coverage change - she insisted we don't have the carrier we do and would not hear the information she had was outdated. He our card in his hand but I guess she knew more than we do who we have coverage through.

I called asking for help for my daughter. Her glasses did not seem to be helping her at all. She has had them for 4 months and she has been having issues since we got them. The staff told me to bring the glasses in to confirm they were the correct prescription. I did, and when I got there just a couple hours later, I was shocked at how rude the actual dr was. The staff were decent, but the actual dr who came out did nothing but lecture me. I have never been spoken to as she spoke to me yesterday. I looked at another staff member, because she was clearly not even trying to help the situation, and said I'm not trying to be an issue or asking for free services. I was simply trying to figure out what the issue my daughter is having. I will never go back to this business. My daughter has an appointment at Guthrie today to see what is going on. I would also like to add that every eye dr I have spoken to since this situation yesterday said they would have re-examined her eyes for free to make sure the correct prescription was given. Completely ridiculous.

Overpriced frames; $110 over internet price. I tried to negotiate down to insurance plan level but they got aggrevated and asked me to leave citing that VSP/Davis insurance plan doesn't pay them enough. Not customer friendly in my opinion. Operated by the neice of owner and her man coworker, both got rude with me they made the comment that I disturbed their lunch hour. Watch their response or lack of it; will prove my point.

Easy access, good parking, clean building. Friendly and efficient staff. Eye exam was concise because having lost my glasses the staff had contacted my last provider and obtained my pervious perscription for a starting point. I left with glasses the same day both reading and driving glasses for less than I have paid in years. I have needed glasses for 40 + years this is the first provider I am planning on returning to!
