Visionworks The Shoppes at Crossroads

Everyone was pleasant. The doctors seemed to know their specialties; however, I did not feel sufficiently informed about the correction in vision I needed. I was not given the appropriate paperwork to show my eye specialist. So all those tests will need to be redone by specialist - seems like a waste of my time & money. Why not give me the tests & results of the eye tests I took there so I can show the eye specialist? We could all work together for the good of the patient, right?

The glasses arrived fast and the script is perfect. The frames did have a defect but the ladies took excellent care of me and transferred the lenses to another frame while I waited. They were all so polite and greeted me with smiles even though im sure they already had a long day. In the past, I have had issues but I have always been serviced with the best customer service. I will ve back for my extra pair soon. Thank you ladies and doc for your amazing support

This is my second time trying to make an appointment at this location. The receptionist Lynn both times I've went has been lazy, apathetic and unhelpful. The first time I came here for an appointment, she couldn't figure out how to take my insurance when I know this is a location I am approved to go to. The receptionist ended up turning me away bc she couldn't figure out how to do her own job and match my insurance to my appointment so I can be seen. Whatever. I tried to be patient, I complained to upper management, they apologized and found out I am in fact approved to go there with my insurance. Ok. I made a second appointment to go back. This time I came 11 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances. I explained that my dog ran out the house and I was sorry for the delay but I've arrived. Again, Lynn is the receptionist. She told me she marked my appointment down as a no show after 6 minutes of being late .... Then was not willing to even TRY to accommodate me at all. Not even for any point of the day. I explained that I scheduled my shift to be able to make this appointment, this is the second time I'm trying to be seen here and my dog literally ran out of the house unforeseen and despite that I rushed in still to be seen. I understood being late, but canceling my appointment after 6 MINUTES is a little absurd. I was treated with complete apathy and again was turned away with close to no care. Customer service here is a 0/10. I do not recommended setting your appointments at this location.

Although, we were running a few minutes late, we weren't turned away, and your receptionist found some space in the schedule to accommodate our first-time visits. When we arrived for check-in, everyone was very friendly, the lady who started the initial eye check was extremely nice and made us feel very comfortable. Dr was friendly, helpful and made the visit very pleasant. Lori, was extremely friendly and helpful while we were picking glasses and check out went smoothly.

Dr took time to explain the process transitional lens would take. Showed me what type of glasses would work best. My policy didn't cover the glasses till the next day. Customer service held my Rx till the next day so it would be covered.

My husband purchased a pair of glasses and the one side would bind from the moment he retrieved them. Approximately a month in and they're broken. He went into store today to see if it was repairable to find they're not. Was informed they can be glued as a temporary fix and he didn't have a warranty -and that unless they physically saw them Break they can't help him. . Not that we were looking for something free , but maybe a little assistance and options or possible discount on a new pair would've been better served than a lazy cold careless response from rep. Update : The manager made things right and went above and beyond. A pleasure to deal with and were appreciative

I showed up about a half hour early for my appointment and the kind lady at the desk checked me right in. I sat for about 3 minutes before being called back to take my eye exam. Everything was so smooth and easy and the people were very nice and pleasant! Thanks for taking me in early and see you soon for my readers!

The associate who .first greeted me made me feel welcomed. She was friendly and knowledgeable. She showed compassion and true concern. Thank you.
