Pearle Vision

During my visit to the Pearle Vision office, everyone was very polite and welcoming. Dr. Thomas was professional and thoughtful, and the equipment he used is state-of-the-art. He explained my situation in a way that was easy for me to understand. Brittany was helpful and provided me with detailed information about the frame I chose, regarding the lenses that needed to be fitted. I would definitely recommend this office to my family and friends.

Gab and Jaylen and Britney were so incredibly welcoming and professional. The best experience I ever had at any eye doctor. The doctor was so informative and caring. I highly recommend their services.

very disappointed with quality of service when choosing new glasses. There are no measurements taken , the "technician" basically puts the frame of your choosing on your face and uses a marker to make a dot on the lens for placement of transition lens. I was suspicious of pricing and competency of staff and went to a different provider. I needed high index, transition lens,photo-gray with uv and scratch resistance. At this provider they were able to show me the different color of the photo-gray lenses and put them under a light to show how dark they got...Pearle could not do this. they also showed me the difference in the range of field of view for the lens types... again Pearle did not do this. They also had charts and equipment to take eye measurements ...and compared these to my existing glasses ....not just visually putting a dot on the lens. I then went back to Pearle with the price I now had from other vendor, turns out Pearle's price went up because the lenses they had priced were no longer available as it was now Oct 1, less than a week after my first contact. i really only went back to Pearle to doublecheck I had the right frame. After cataract surgery Medicare picks up some of the cost AT A SPECIFIC eye glass provider. I was not aware that it couldnt be used at any eye glass store, and when I asked about the Medicare supplement ,Pearle did not say that they didnt participate with medicare, and basically said it was up to me to file claim with medicare, which is totally deceptive and wrong. I ended up going to Lenscrafters at LV mall and was very pleased with service and skill of their staff. Lenscrafters also told me of a coupon online that saved me $100.....through my eyemed glass program. Interestingly enough there was one there for Pearle as well, but no mention by them about it to me. So needless to say...I think I chose the right provider.

I had a very comfortable and informative experience. Employees are welcoming especially one stood out to me named Jaylynn. She was the one that was extra kind, caring, compassionate and showed me the best options of frames that were exactly my style. She would be the only go to person for me. Thank you!!!!

AMAZING PLACE, probably the best eye doctors i've been too thank to jaylynn i got great services & everything i wanted! she made sure i left smiling such a sweet human! definitely need more people like her

Never wore corrective lenses before, so I was a little nervous when my vision was starting to get a little questionable. I made an appointment here for the next day, and it was a really great experience. The young lady who did the initial tests was kind, pleasant, and charismatic. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable. And the young lady who helped me pick out a frame was also very kind, and invested in helping me find something that suited me. Young lady at the front desk was also very efficient. It was just truly such a great experience all around. While I don't LOVE wearing glasses yet, I'm thankful I can see clearly now, and will definitely be back next year to look into getting setup with some contact lenses.

I really appreciated everyone I spoke with at Pearle Vision. All were kind and understanding, from the person at the door to the doctor. Everything was explained to me in terms I could understand. They knew exactly what I could get with my insurance and made sure I didn't go over my allowance. I will definitely be giving them my business in the future.

I went int today to just get an adjustment on my glasses. Mike helped me out. He was a pleasure to work with. He took the time to make sure my frames were tightened up and comfortable. I appreciated his kind service along with everyone else I noticed helping their customers. I was a customer in the past and I'm going to switch back to this location. Another local Pearle was nowhere near as helpful.
