Completly lied to me. Went for dry eyes - told me my insurance covered the procedure. Never did anything but put buds in my tear ducts. No follow up no other eye exame and the doctor told me it wouldn't cost me a dime - it came to over $800!!! Never again!! Would not recommend

I've been coming here since I was 13 and I'm now 34. The business has been on a steady decline since change of management. Most of the staff are rude and condescending. I was put on hold today for 45 mins because the receptionist was chatting with a client....I was on hold so long I left my house, drove to the office, and walked in on why they couldn't service me, and she still didn't think enough to stop and do her job. Idk why drs don't understand that you see people who are uncomfortable and need you to help them turn it around, I think if they took that more seriously the would would be a better place. I'm LOVE the actual doctor I see, however that's not enough to keep me. Looking for a new dr currently, I won't be back.

Had very good experience with them. I received my contacts in a week. Also happy with the eye exam itself, very thorough exam. I do recommend them if you're looking for eye doctor and/or eyewear.

Wow. They took me in quickly after I was referred to them by a friend. I was having problems with flashes and they opened a spot for me IMMEDIATELY! Dr Chris is wonderful and is a doctor that IS concerned about his patients . The staff was welcoming and efficient . I'm so glad I went here . Thank you! I highly recommend this place!'

Good Looks always treats us with respect. They care about my optical needs! All of my family sees Dr Diggins. She is an excellent Dr, very caring & easy to talk to! All the staff is wonderful & very helpful!

Superb treatment. Staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. A special shout-out to Shelly, who is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful picking out glasses. She takes her time with you and gives her honest opinion and makes the whole experience fun.

The staff are professional and the doctor is very attentive to my needs and eye care. I feel that he is well trained and am pleased with my care with the practice. I'm an old patient going back to Dr. Christy being my physician and am pleased with my continued care.

Everyone at the office was polite and helpful. This was my first visit and I had a great experience. Dr. Diggins was patient with me and answered all of my questions. One of the opticians adjusted my current frames and made them fit much better. Very happy I went to this location.
