Lulu helped me pick a pair of glasses that complimented my face. She gave me options that were similar to the pair I wore to the appointment (3 year old pair). She brought me to her station and had me try them on while she started getting quotes for my vision needs. She even had another employee come over and give her opinion when it came down to the last two pairs to choose from. I feel excited that I got a pair of glasses I truly love. In the past I'm so dilated and always make a decision I come to regret once they come in. She also went out of her way to help make sure I got the lenses I needed for my glasses based off the doctor's recommendation. Then when she finished I asked if she could possibly quote me on a price to have new lenses put in my old glasses so that I had a back up pair. She happily sat back down and helped me get that set up. I took up a bit of her time and she never made me feel like I was. She was patient, kind, and cheerful. Everyone also dressed up as care bears for Halloween and I absolutely loved that! Great experience at the boothwyn store as always!

Highly recommend Americas best for glasses and exams. They're so cheap and have a great selection of glasses. I went for the pair eyewear and I'm in love! They were also so helpful when picking the right lenses for my glasses. I asked many questions and they answered them with ease

I was with the Boothwyn location over 15 years but the last 5 years have been the absolute worst. I love the Drs and that's why I continued to go there but the front office staff is ALWAYS unprofessional and rude . It's terrible . I was there to pick up contacts, but was lied to about the quantity/pricing. The front desk associate had my contacts in her hand but told me I had to wait to pay while she just stood there doing nothing . 5 minutes in, I stepped to the side and called the Media location , they were extremely polite and told me I could come right in and get my contacts with the correct pricing /quanity . I'll never waste my time at Boothwyn location again .

Just picked up my new glasses today and I'm very pleased. My first visit was for the eye exam (free when you buy glasses from them). I made my appointment online as filled out required paperwork through an email request I received after scheduling my appointment. I recommend doing the req paperwork before you get there as it saves time. I was seen very quickly first by techs who run initial eye checks like the usual eye chart, then some tech scans. I paid 20$ for the Visual Field Test and the Retinal Image Screening. Typically I would say no but I'm not getting any younger, so I thought it wouldn't hurt. If you're someone like me who has not worn glasses before do some research and prepare any questions, they shuffle you in and out, if you dint ask questions it seems they will not offer up information. I also purchased eyeglass cases because their free ones do not cut it. I would also recommend the Microfiber eyeglass wipe, they are great, but maybe stay away from the eyeglass chains if quality upon vision inspection is questionable, mine broke within an hour or so of wear. I through it the tag so I don't think I can take it back, attempting to fix myself. That being said I would definitely go back, this is still the best option I know of for affordable quality eyeglasses.

I had some glasses replaced due to scratching the lenses. The progressives were not quite right. When I went to the store Angel and Lulu were so understanding. I thought maybe I was doing something wrong. Angel and Lulu both measured the lenses and made me feel cared for, they explained there was something wrong and took my spectacles to be fixed. Angel and Lulu recognized my distress and set me at ease. I am very grateful and thankful. Thank you Angel, Lulu and America's best.

Heather made the pre-exam a breeze, and for the first time a visual exam was actually enjoyable! She's great, inclusive, detailed on her explanations, and def deserves a raise!
