I never wrote a review before , but I feel compelled to about this amazing place. The best medical experience I ever had. Needed emergency eye care on a Friday so I called the closest place to home less than a half hour before closing as a new patient and was amazed when they said come right over. Didn't expect that thought I was bound to sit in er for hours at Mulenburg. Then the icing on the cake they were friendliest staff and dr. I have ever dealt with. I could go on more but I will sum it up with the best eye care and staff. GO HERE !!!

So Wednesday my last set of contacts had ripped and I didn't know what I was going to do because I had an appointment on the 2nd but I feel better wearing contacts instead of my glasses. Thank god I remembered that my grandmother brought me here to get my glasses originally so I called the same day and they were able to get me an appointment for today. This office is absolutely amazing, yes it's a downside that they don't take my insurance but to get my exam for prescription and trial pair of contacts to hold me over until I get my box was well worth it. I was the first patient today and was greeted with warm smiles, I don't think I'll ever go anywhere else as long as this practice is open even if I have to pay for it

What a wonderful experience to having an eye exam that the doctor actually listens to you! From scheduling, to exam, to getting glasses, this practice is exceptional in their expertise and the way they treat you. So pleased and would highly recommend .

He is amazing and professional. I needed to be seen as an emergency and stayed to get me in as a new patient when my husband called. He impressed my husband to even make an appointment. I have scheduled a follow up and am transferring to his practice. Very glad to have met him even though I was having trouble with my eye.

Had a wonderful experience picking out new glasses for my daughter today. The frame selection at Kasprenski is wonderfully stocked with quality fashion frames. Raneigh was very helpful and pleasant assisting us in finding the perfect pair, and to my surprise she was able to cut the lenses on site. We didn't have to wait 2 weeks for her glasses to come in, we left with them the same day! We will definitely be back. Thank you!

From the minute you walk into Kasprenski Family Eye Care you can tell it is a top notch facility. The office is bright, clean and open. The staff is friendly , courteous , knowledgeable and immediately made me feel comfortable. I had several eye exams and retinal scans performed at ease and any questions I had were answered. Dr Kasprenski gave me a thorough eye exam and reviewed the results of my eye tests and scans. Was patient with all my questions and I never felt rushed . Made sure I had no concerns that weren't addressed . They have a large selection of eye glasses with multiple designers to choose from. I had a hard time deciding which pair to choose. I was so pleased with their service 3 other members of my family are now also patients.

Dr Jake is the most caring, gentle, and thorough eye doc I have ever been to see- and with a really nice sense of humor. He caught a big problem with my eye and made sure I was well taken care of. His staff is friendly and truly care about the patients. I believe they actually make the lenses in house -too enabling quick responsiveness. And you can't beat the selection of frames - amazing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I took my daughter for an exam. The staff is very nice and helpful. The doctor was very knowledgeable and great with my daughter. It was nice that we could have the lenses cut in house and get the same. It was a little more then I'm used to in price but worth the extra for the good service and same day glasses.
