My daughter's visit was extremely quick, and all of the staff were very friendly. Briana was very patient while helping my daughter pick out her glasses, which made our visit more pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Byrnes is always a pleasure to see--he has such positive energy. I couldn't ask for a better team!

One of, if not the best experiences I've had with any business or doctors office! Brianna was attentive and knowledgeable. While choosing my glasses, she really seemed to be sincere and care about getting the proper frames needed for me. More businesses need an employee like her! Im happy with the glasses I've received and will most definitely be back for all my eye care needs.

I had a lovely experience at myeyedr. The entire appointment went very smoothly and promptly. Dr. Leyzerzon explained everything to me perfectly. Briana also helped me to understand the breakdown of costs for my lenses and insurance coverage. Overall the staff is very kind, and I would definitely recommend this office to others :)

Customer service and genuine compassion mean a lot to me, and in a world where many businesses feel like small branches of large corporations, those values often disappear. MyEyeDr in Fairless Hills truly stands out--they provide exceptional eye care with skilled optometrists like Dr. Burns. Dr. Burns is amazing, and that's no secret, but what really impressed me was the care and attention after my exam. The team genuinely cares about their patients. Tiffany, in particular, deserves special recognition. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. For example, a few weeks ago, I came in to pick up glasses that just didn't fit right. The associate helping me tried everything, but they still weren't comfortable. Tiffany noticed me from across the room--even though the store was packed--and asked if I was happy with them. When I explained the issue, she personally went to the back, removed the lenses, heated the frames, and adjusted them until they fit perfectly. That level of dedication is rare, and I couldn't be more grateful. Because of experiences like this, I can confidently say I'm a customer for life!

We had an excellent experience at Myeyedr. We love Dr Byrne, we have been his patients for over 20 years and absolutely love him. The staff is amazing too. Brianna had helped my mom with selecting her glasses and measuring her for the new pair. She was extremely helpful and polite. A special thanks to her for making our visit so pleasant.

I came here 02/21/26 to pick out glasses for my son. Briana helped us and she was so very nice and helpful. I recommend my eye doctor to anyone who is looking for eye care.

First I'd like to say that Brianna has been helping me over the last few years and she is aces. She takes her time to help me find the best pair of glasses every year because I can be very particular about what I wear. She remembers me and my preferences without fail and she gives me honest opinions based on what I like. She is a big reason why I continue to go back. That level of care and investment does not exist anywhere else in my experience. Then there is the other Briana! She is always helping even if she has other stuff going on. She keeps it real with me and helps me decide what looks best for me and she listens to my input on my thoughts about the glasses I'm looking at. Her personality is incredible and she cares about the people who come in the store. Not to mention her smile is so welcoming it just lights up the room. Yesterday I was helped by Bob. He was a patient man who was always quick with a joke. He took the time to explain my bill and broke down ask the charges that were being made for my glasses including ask the extras and my exam. He is a kind man who understands that personalized attention goes a long way with customers. He is a great asset to this business. I cannot say enough good things about this spot and its employees. Anyone thinking about going here for the first time do not hesitate. The doctors are all very nice and easy and as you can see from above the staff are top notch. I look forward to my appointment every year because of them.
