On today of December 11,2025 I had a appointment to do a eye exam. I walk in and I get told oh we are an hour behind yet there was people sitting there in chairs and it smelt like weed in there.In it was completely disgusting trash everywhere and dirt everywhere.I do not recommend this place at all.If your going to make appointments go by appointments don't struggle and fall behind or be smart and hire more employees Completely uncalled for today.

Made an appointment for a first time visit, and arrive before my appointment. As soon as i walked in i was immediately told they are over an hour behind. It smelled like weed in there and was very dirty and cluttered. I will not be returning. Very unprofessional.

Great place especially for seniors. The doctor took time with my exam and we discovered that I was having trouble with night vision because I had been wearing the wrong prescription for my needs. The customer service was great. They took time with me for my frames and contacts. So many other places operate like a factor and especially bum rush seniors out but that was not my experience here.

I've been going to this office for years and never has been an issue until this week. I came here for an eye exam and to get new frames. I selected my new frames and got prescription on the 24th of September. I was told by the front desk the glasses would be ready for pick up in 8 business days. Fast forward to this week the office claims they can't find my glasses and that I never came for prescription just an exam. The exams come with prescription as well. My insurance was charged and still no glasses. I called the office today and they were extremely disrespectful and rude. I will not be returning to this office anymore and will be reporting them.

Do not go here. Waited an hour and a half to be seen by the optometrist. The only reason I waited that long was because their website has a special for an eye and contact lens exam for $49.99 (as of 9/1/22.) When I finally was seated for the exam, the front clerk says that it will be $90.00 because an eye exam and a contact exam are charged separately. I referenced what the website says. He rambles off something about insurances and that he could give me a discount and charge $90.00 and leaves the room. The doctor asks what I want to do. I leave. Very unprofessional environment. I'd even take America's Best over this place any day. Just be clear, honest, and upfront about your prices, and if someone wants to pay that price they will pay it. No need to bait and switch.

I absolutely love this place everyone should come here for their eye care. Not only is it a welcoming place when you walk in the door and you are remembered every time it's almost like cheers I don't know how many people are too young to get that reference but anyone my age will understand it. When I came for my appointment the first time ever the doctor was about to retire so in between getting my prescription for glasses and contacts and the arrival of my trial pair of contacts a new doctor came he double checked my prescription made sure everything was right which I found extremely impressive because he just fit me right in real quick to be sure I didn't ask to be taken care of that well LOL but I was there's something to be said about the little places they remember you they care about you and they do a damn good job!

I was having a hard time deciding which frames I liked. There was no one else in the store beside the receptionist. She was very patient and extremely helpful . Even though I purchased my glasses from their other location I was satisfied with the service I received at both locations.

While waiting for my husband's appointment I began to look for glasses for myself. I was looking at the designer rack, trying some on and replacing them. While I was doing this the man, who I believe was the receptionist, came up to me and asked me not to touch the glasses. I then explained that I know the appointment was for my husband but I am interested in looking for a new pair of glasses myself. He proceeded to tell me that I can not look on that specific rack and that I needed to look at the glasses on the wall. I asked him why. He told me only people with special insurance can look at those particular glasses. I told him that I do have insurance. He then said, that it was only for people with SPECIAL insurance. I told him again, that I have insurance and even if I didn't I had cash to purchase what ever glasses I was interested in. He laughed at me then and said, " i don't think you understand, stop touching those glasses and look at the ones on the wall." not only was I embarrassed at this point but I was infuriated with the way I was being treated, talked to , and judged. after a couple minutes he approached my husband and myself and said that he was sorry, but after looking up our insurance information we actually do "qualify" to look at those glasses and in fact we were entitled to two pairs. I laughed at him and said that I will not spend one dollar in their store for the poor treatment I received. I was appalled.
