I asked if they were taking new patients when I initially called for my son and I since they were close to where we lived. They said they were. They failed to mention on that call that it was $400 right off the top just to see 2 new patients. 2 eye exams and 2 pairs of glasses for my son and I.......$2,195 Not a place for Local Union #5 guys. If I knew what I was getting into, I would've just got lasik. Extra star for everyone being nice.

Great for eye exams, not so good for glasses. I haven't needed glasses in over 20 years due to getting LASIK. They suggested I could use some glasses for driving at night. I set up an appointment with the eyeglass team. After some time, I finally found the right frames. They were almost $300 each for the frames alone, and I wanted two pairs, one for each car. After insurance, I was at almost $700 for the two. It's been a week since I ordered and forgot what they looked like, so I started looking online. I found the exact frames for $60 here, $90 there. That's quite a difference, and I felt a bit of buyer's remorse and quite frankly ripped off. I called to cancel, and they obliged, but only for the frames. I am still out $160 for the lenses but will still be under half the original cost for two pairs, with the $160 loss. I do not recommend buying glasses here. You will get overcharged! Response to their reply: Wheather insurance & discounts were applied doesn't take away from the fact that the same frames that they are selling for almost $300 were found for $60 elsewhere. My total cost prior to (over $1,000) & after insurance & discounts was $685.55. They refunded me $571.79 for the frames but not the lenses which was $163.76 that i have to eat. That being said i just bought 2 pairs of glasses with the best lens options without discounts, insurance, & including the $163.76 i ate was still $225 less then their price with discounts & insurance. I highly recommend to shop around!

After years of going to this practice, I continue to be pleased with the care received. The doctors are the best and the staff compliments the professionalism of the office. Appointment are on time and staff is helpful and courteous. ...Highly recommend this practice.

Dr. Proud was great! Even though I have an issue that needs another doctor, she really made me feel at ease! Of course, you have the BEST AND FRIENDLIEST support staff! Great team!!!

We go to the gibsonia practice and I can't say enough great things about this Practice. They are kind, patient and very accommodating. We take my daughter here and the eye docs are so kid friendly as well as the staff! I would recommend them to anyone!

This team of doctors are the best!! I had an emergency situation on Saturday evening after office hours. I left a message for the doctor on call and received a call back within minutes. Dr. Proud met me at the office and addressed the issue. Immediately my problem was treated with such professionalism and concern. I had a check in call with the doctor to see how I was doing and she even scheduled a follow-up visit for me. I could not ask for better service.

Very good experience. Nearly no wait time, pleasant staff. Dr. Dean took the time go over the results of the exam and then to ask and answer lots of questions. On the way out, my next appointment was scheduled and I was on my way home.
