I never wrote reviews but this office deserves recognition. First off, the front receptionist was so welcoming and very helpful! She made sure I was all taken care of and even talked to me while waiting which I really appreciated. The Dr was awesome and made me feel comfortable while also being very informative. I ordered contacts today from the very nice lady in the back and she was also super helpful and even shared her lotion with me lol. I would come to this office just to hang out with the staff. I always got the appointment time and date I needed which is great because I am a full time student and have a job that is hard to work around. Will definitely be switching locations after my experience here.

Updating my previous 5 star review.
Was a nice convenient location for me and I liked Dr Vincent years ago. Now its a new doctor every visit and there just always seems to be a communication issue of some sort, they would call me about my wife's glasses and call her about mine and now just don't call and say they did. This last time was told that I did not have insurance anymore after 15+ years and so many visits of the same insurance.

Dr. Zingaro and his staff are great. My daughter was having terrible headaches and eye pressure. He figured out the problem, got her fitted with glasses quickly and her issues were gone almost immediately. We are very thankful. I will recommend Village Optical to everyone!

Drove there an hour before they were supposed to be closing and the door was locked and the lights were out, despite there being nothing posted about special hours or closing early today. If want to try to give them your business, better call first.
