I've been going here for a few years now. After having issues with another optometrist, from Leechburg, but getting me prescription right, then telling me I was wrong.....Dr. Bender at Eye care center NAILED the script on the first attempt. when I call to order contacts and I say "two boxes because that's what my insurance will cover." You DO NOT wait until i come to pick them up to tell me that you are not going to bill my insurance "because you didn't want to waste my benefits before my exam." I believe that is my prerogative, and thank you for wasting my time. Why are people with brains so hard to come by these days?
Nothing worse than people that waste my time. I will never return.

That lady was very rude, I called for emergency new contact lenses, to make a fast appointment as new customer. That lady said sorry it's full till November and use your glasses and Hung Up.

They told me I was far-sighted, and needed reading glasses. However my mom knew better and took me to her eye doctor.Tuns out I was really NEAR-sighted, with a lazy-eye and needed regular glasses with a prism in the left lens. Oh ho ho ho my mom was livid.
