Quick and courteous. I called to make an appointment for my husband to get his eyes checked and they had him that very week. The staff was quick and efficient and I loved that you can print the patient intake forms right from the webpage and have them all filled out prior to the exam. I look forward to getting an eye exam/contact exam and having our son's eye examined as well. It's so nice to have a practice so convenient to where we live.

Idk what's up with the one negative review. The Doctor was professional and gave me a routine eye exam. The receptionist was courteous. Professional setup. Used VSP. Hopefully there's no issue there. Go buy your contacts online if you don't want to order them locally. It's probably not even something they control the availability of.

Finally found someone local who takes my insurance. The receptionist is very nice and the Dr is great! My exam was quick and I was surprised how much my insurance covered. They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from, and are very affordable.

My kids and I met Dr. Noll last year, he did all five of our exams the same night, he was great with my kids! They even fixed the glasses I picked, a week after I got them. I fell asleep on them. No question she just did it! I love the Tiny atmosphere, its warming and welcoming.. We definetly recommend Dr. Noll and his team Of Awesome staff!

Loved Dr. Noll. Very upset he had to close his practice for health reasons. Harrisburg Post Office must have lost my notification. Now I have to figure out how to get my records for a new doctor.

I had my contact appt back in January. I was told they were ordering contacts and they would arrive in two weeks. I hadn't heard anything so called in a month later and the lady said the contacts hadn't arrived yet and to check back in two weeks (I'm assuming they forgot to order them no big deal) I called back three weeks later and was told the were still not there. I kept calling every few weeks and was annoyed at this point. By mid April (4 months after my appt) I was told they did not order any and I could just order them myself. No problem, I asked for my script as I had no idea what prescription to order. I was told it would be emailed to me that day. I never received it. I called in and said I never got it. I have since emailed twice and left 2 voicemails and haven't had a single return phone call or email. Now I have to pay again at a different place for something that I should have been given. I have been patiently up to this poin. Waiting nearly 6 months and getting no response at all is very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. Took glasses that I bought here for a minor repair and was told they "don't repair glasses, I'd have to buy a new pair of glasses ". Took those same glasses to Sam's Club, in less than 5 minutes they fixed them like new and charged me $0. Where do you think I'm going for glasses from now on....

I have never experienced a doctor that would not willingly adjust your glasses and make sure they were fitting properly upon pick up!
