This was my first eye exam. The staff were all extremely friendly and professional. Dr Rowland was thorough and patient with my questions. My daughter had a previous appointment and also was very pleased with Dr Rowland. We will both be returning for future exams and definitely recommend this office.

I called to make an eye doctor appointment after they told me that my record was destroyed. So as I was on hold with all my info to make a new appointment instead of the lady telling me they did not accept my insurance they simply just hung up on me. I called back to ask him why they would hang up on me and she says oh we don't accept your insurance and I said you cannot tell me that you had to hang up on me it is already bad enough that this place charged me out of pocket for glasses and for anti fog and scratch resistance and then try to charge my insurance company on top of already charging me. This place is a joke I cannot believe they can just destroy your records and then hang up on you wow

I have been with Doctor Rowland for at least 35 years who has now joined Laurel Eye Clinic. The transition was totally transparent, they are efficient with a very professional staff. I would recommend Laura Eye Clinic to anyone and everyone looking for Eye Specialist's.

I was very happy with the eye exam that I got there. Dr. Rowland was very thorough and I felt like he was very caring. The whole office staff there were so polite and kind. You couldn't ask for nicer people.
