If I could give a negative review, I would. I would never want anyone that I care about to go to this place. It was a nightmare- not once, but 3 separate times. First, they tried to give our 13 year old with 20/20 vision two pairs of glasses. He doesn't need them. He sees perfectly fine. It was just something covered by insurance. Second, my husband got a contact lens exam. His contacts were on back order so he wasn't able to get even a trial pair for 9 months. But they gave him a pair that was slightly off from his actual prescription. He never even ordered contacts because it took so long to get the trial, and even the trial pair wasn't correct. Then to top it off, I went in myself for a contact lens exam. When I got the trial pair; I told them they didn't feel 100% correct, and they said to give it time to adjust to the change in my prescription. So I ordered contacts and come to find out after going to a different eye doctor, my prescription had never changed in the first place. It was exactly what it was 2 years ago, so not exactly sure how at just one eye doctor my prescription can be different by -.5.... Oh and you can't have a print out of your prescription until you have worn your trial pair for 2 weeks. My fiance never actually ordered contacts because it took him so long to get the trial pair. The worst of it all though was the attitude of the employees. The women behind the desk are rude and entitled, acting as if we are a burden for coming to our appointments. It was all just very unwelcoming. I will forever go to Wal-Mart over this place for the rest of my yearly exams. I got in same day, was in and out in 20 minutes with the correct trial pair of contacts in my eyes and a copy of my prescription in my hands. And everyone there was super nice. -100/10 Run as fast as you can if you care at all about your eye health, or about the way you're treated.

They are all very nice and patient! The doctor cares and wants to make sure that you are getting the best treatments.

If you're appointment is at noon expect to actually get seen closer to 1. The wait times are ridiculous. The doctor is a class act though!
