My wife and daughter had been going here for a few years, and said they always had decent service. I made an appointment, and have been nothing but disappointed with the staff. The doctor said I might need bifocals, but recommended that I just remove my glasses for close viewing. That method doesn't work with my job. Had to schedule another appointment, and now it's been 2 weeks since I dropped off my glasses and still haven't heard when I can expect to have them. My wife also waited 3 weeks for her contact lenses.

Very rude doctor. I went to her as a child due to my entire family seeing her, I changed doctors as soon as I turned 18. She would get so mad that I had anxiety about appointments. She would ask me to sign off on tests I didn't want done and then scold and judge me for not wanting tests with her outdated equipment. Look elsewhere for a caring eye doctor.

Dr Berner is very mean person!! Never was I treated so terribly by a Dr in my life!! I would not recommend her to anyone, she doesn't deserve that title and should retire because she is horrible at what she does and has no idea how to talk to or treat a patient!! I left there very unhappy and hurt but being a firm believer in KARMA I know one day she will get what she deserves!!!!

The worst doctor I've ever been to PERIOD. The office is outdated and reeks of mothballs. Her poor receptionist has to fill out carbon paper forms and documents on a dang typewriter. The equipment in the exam room is 30 years old and rickety. The doctor smells as bad as her office. I knew she was a cat owner the moment she walked into the room based on the pee smell eminating from her clothing.

Dr. Kay gave me the most thorough and comprehensive eye exam that I've had in more than twenty years. She checks and double checks, and wants everything to be perfect for you.. I wouldn't go to her just for convenience but because I absolutely trust her..

Not kid friendly!! My 2 year old daughter was watching videos on my phone and was being kind of loud. Instead of asking me if I could get her to quiet down, Dr. Berner actually kinda yelled at her! Finger shaking and all! UNPROFESSIONAL! And NO BOUNDARIES!
