Sherri is very unprofessional. She hung up on me 3x, arguing with me, just plain nasty! Was going to go back and get glasses after buying computer glass and having been fit for glasses and contacts at the end of August. Told me I have to come back for another contact exam and pay!!! Missy ended up being helpful but still talking over me and not listening. Lisa at West Mifflin office was extremely pleasant and helpful. Will be transferring there. Will go somewhere else next year!

The bifocals in my glasses weren't right the first time and I didnt get a nice reception when I returned them to say the least. After a month, they said they were ready but they are still not right. Im giving up and not going back.

What a great place!!!! The doctor helped my daughters both get their first eye exam. My one daughter is non verbal and the doctor made accomodations so we could get her an eye test and it was so awesome . Thank you for helping my girls! I didn't know if we'd ever have an eye test for her and we did!!! Thank you Dr Lorenzo!!!!

From the first phone call to make my appointment to the visit, the staff and doctor were very friendly and professional! When showing up to my appointment I was kindly greeted immediately and given paperwork, then was taken back right away for eye exam. Later, picking out my glasses was easy with the help and expertise of the staff member who also helped me at the front desk. She was very personable, easy to chat with and sufficient! Glasses were also very affordable! I will be coming back here for my future eye exams and glasses!

went for yearly check-up, doctor asked if I had allergies, told her yes I use eye drops. That 20 second conversation made it a medical visit and I had to pay c0-pay under medical insurance.. Rip-off!!
