I'm writing this review out of frustration. I purchased contact lens based on the promise of a mail-in rebate and an additional discount from a specific promo code. The promocode fail to apply any discount, which obviously reduced the final rebate amount I was told at the counter. I feel misled, as I made the purchase relying on a total cost that was never honored.

We got her glasses ordered with no issues what so ever. Major difference from the previous business I tried going to.
