Family Eye & Vision Care

My first time at Family Eye and Vision care was the best experience I have had at the eye doctor in a long time. The staff was super friendly, the lady tried helping me find glasses I liked and everyone had a smile on their face. Really really a pleasant visit!

They are a very nice Vision and Eye Care office. So glad I change to them. Its always been a pleasure going to the appointment. Doctors are the best and they up grade their equipment.

Very friendly atmosphere. Greeted upon arriving and at departure. Very happy and thankful that a possible future eye problem was identified and treatment started along with follow up visits.

Did not have to wait. Doctor was very nice and explained everything she did and why she did it. Gave me a chance to ask questions. Office staff was all very nice.

Dr Wolfinger and the staff at Mt Union are very professional and kind. They were ready for me (patient profile updated quickly and knew my details prior to the appointment) and made the appointment go smoothly. No pushing products or unnecessary procedures. Carrie Anne is very helpful on the insurance benefits and offers suggestions for a better way to approach insurance policies. She went over and above most professional office customer service. My husband was scheduled for a needed test within a week of this appointment and the effort to get him scheduled expeditiously is noted and appreciated. This health provider is highly recommended.

Very thorough with exam and thoughtful when questions were asked. Very helpful staff.
