Eye Care on 3rd

We had the best experience! Our 6 year old needed glasses and an exam for the first time and we were referred to Eye Care on 3rd by my friend saying how great they are with kids. She was absolutely right! Dr. Tiffany Burick was so great with her as was the rest of the staff. They explained everything in detail so nothing was scary to her. They also have a play area in the waiting room! My husband and I are going to start going to them as well!

Highly recommend Eye Care on 3rd! Thanks to Dr. Burick, I was able to finally get a medical diagnosis and explanation for why my daughter has been struggling in school. She took the time and thoroughly looked at her eyes to figure out what was going on beyond just needing glasses. On top of that the staff is always pleasant and great to work with. Jacob was able to help me find a more budget friendly pair of glasses for myself and Kathleen always makes my daughter smile and laugh with the care she gives.

The front staff has improved vastly, since my last visit. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful when choosing new lenses and frames. The doctors are friendly, thorough, and explain your situation well.

I've gone to many eye doctors, and Eye Care on 3rd is the best one I've been to. The staff is all very kind and welcoming. The doctors really listen to you and help with finding the best plan of action for you and your vision. I've had a couple eye issues and have been able to get an appointment quickly to resolve my issues. They're awesome!

Eye Care on 3rd review: Appointment at 9:40am arrived at 9:30am and within 5 minutes was taken back for pre tests. Was then put in exam room and told the Dr. would be in shortly. At 10:20am i was still sitting in exam room waiting. Was never acknowledged or told why I wasnt being seen. I left and will not go back. Very disappointed because there is something wrong with my left eye that concerns me. Before any of you come at me about blasting a business on Facebook, yes i did voice my concern and was told that the Dr. would be told that I left and why. Oh and I verified that appointments are scheduled every 20 minutes but never given a reason why I sat for so long or how much longer it would be. With that said the girl who works the front desk is very nice and efficient.

I love Dr. Tiffany...she's amazing, and thorough, and so down to earth and easy to talk to! And her office staff are equally as thorough and pleasant! Very pleased with Eye Care on Third!

The eye doctors are very thorough in their examinations and extremely caring. The office staff is top notch and extremely pleasant and fun to deal with.
