Why and how does it take at least a month to get glasses even after they are paid for. Are they being shipped here from China.??? Totally unsatisfactory

Disappointed to say the least. Went to get new glasses/contacts. Found fluid under my retina. Sent me to a specialist. Then when I went back to them 6 months later and they wanted to do the same tests they have been doing at the specialists. I refused because my insurance wasn't going to pay for it. Told them the specialist does that every time I go to get thier records. Then when my husband went there today to finally pick up my contacts they finally ordered after 6 months they started a political discussion with him then got rude when they ask who he voted for and he told them. Politics should never be discussed with you clients, patients, patrons, etc. I will not be going back and neither will my husband.
