I was at Dr Zambelli's yesterday and had DR. Alison check over my eyes again since she did my cataract surgery in May and June of 2021. The surgery has been awesome, I never felt a thing during the surgery they say twilight I was knocked out, I cannot believe how clear everything is, I have worn glasses for 50 years, now I only need them for reading. When I was there yesterday she took time with me and made sure I was doing good, we are blessed to have a Dr like her, Thank you Dr Alison

I cannot express enough about the wonderful care I had throughout cataract surgery on both of my eyes. From the first visit I knew this was the place for me. All of the staff is very professional and knowledgeable. They explained thoroughly everything they were doing to test me. I absolutely love Dr. Alison and the surgery went so well. I would highly recommend this practice for cataract surgery. All were so pleasant to work with from the receptionist to their staff at HV.

I was referred to Alison Zambelli by an eye surgeon in Erie, as I had a condition referred to as Keratoconus, and she specialized in the treatment. My wife and I were so pleased with her knowledge, explanation of the condition and treatment, I had her perform laser cataract surgery on my right eye. I recommend Dr. Zambelli and her entire staff, without reservation. Professional, caring, helpful staff - excellent care by all!

You won't even get greeted by the receptionist, and she rolled her eyes everytime the phone rang. I had to listen to her obnoxious sounds from her slamming papers, the stapler, and the telephone. My exam was interrupted by other staff members and I couldn't even hear what the doctor was asking me. No words can describe the lack of professionalism in every aspect of this practice. Dr.Alison is the worst doctor I've ever seen, by far the worst experience ever.
