When I arrived, the receptionist was very pleasant and helpful, plus it appeared to me that the staff work as a team to help each other and to make the patient feel more comfortable.
Dr. Downey is an outstanding optometrist. She is very thorough, considerate, and she has a very pleasant demeanor. I have always felt that I have received a great eye examination and refraction under her care.
In the Optical Department, Penny assisted me and she explained everything in detail and she let me make the choice of what I felt was best for me. No pressure, just kind consideration.
This is a wonderful healthcare office staff, and they want to give the best care and service to their patients.

I am 60 years old and never needed prescription glasses. I've been using OTC readers for at least 5-7 years, however my vision has now changed. I have not had my eyes checked in over 15 years.
I scheduled with Shillington Eye Asociates, my entire family goes to this practice. I was given an appointment much quicker than I anticipated. The Staff is very good! Everyone is professional and friendly. They know their job very well? I saw Dr. Puzzella and he did a very thorough exam to find out exactly what my needs were.
I was then able to receive personal and no pressure help selecting frames. I'll receive a message when my glasses are ready and return for a fitting to ensure all is correct. I will, without a doubt, recommend Shillington Eye!
