Skippack Vision

Such a positive experience! I had avoided scheduling an appointment anywhere due to several poor experiences with the sales people at a different business but I saw many recommendations for Skippack Vision and I'm so glad I went with the recommendation. -Very quick and easy online scheduling with soon appointment availability -Text appointment reminders (opted in for this) -Convenient location with a parking lot -Forms were easy to complete using a tablet -Friendly and helpful front desk staff -Clean office with a cute corner for kids with a small chair and books -Dr. Crowe was great and so easy to talk to. The exam was efficient while still answering my questions. -There was no pressure to buy glasses, just a "if you're interested in frames, you can go through that door." -I really appreciated how the sales woman showed me a variety of frames and didn't just try to convince me to get the most expensive ones. She even said I could call back to order if I wanted to think about it and gave advice about how to optimize my benefits. Another important point for me is that no one made me feel weird for wearing a mask (I have a baby at home) and Dr. Crowe even offered and put one on when she saw me without making it a big deal. I know it's uncommon now to mask and people might assume that you're sick but no one treated me differently.

I spent just about $1000.00 on exam and 2 pair of glasses ,when I checked to if they had come in to pickup they told me they had called me 3 days ago but there telephone automation does not leave messages. You got to be kidding !!! For $1000.00 I deserve to talk to a human being.

Dr. Crowe and her office were absolutely great! She was incredibly friendly and approachable, making the entire visit comfortable and stress-free. The office staff was equally warm and welcoming. The exam was thorough and utilized up-to-date technology. Dr. Crowe was extremely patient and took the time to help me find the perfect contact lenses to suit my needs. I highly recommend her for anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate eye care professional!

First visit. Office staff was efficient and pleasant Dr Toth was equally professional, unhurried and more than willing to answer all my questions. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Had a checkup and ordered glasses. The glasses were defective probably due to the manufacturer. After several visits to correct this to no avail, the frames were returned. Over a month later, I had to call for info. The frames had been changed to a different color and that was my only recourse. This is totally unacceptable when I paid $400 and they also received an insurance payment. I left with the defective pair because the other replacement frame was hideous. No one at this office could do anything but blame their lab, the insurance company and their supplier. Shame on the lot of you. I will not be back. I will not recommend you to anyone.

I visited Skippack Vision on 8/15 and everybody was amazing, from the receptionists, the lady helping me with frames, to Dr. Crowe. Everyone was awesome! Dr. Crowe was so helpful and friendly. Great practice all around and would give ten stars if I could.

Dr. Crowe and staff are absolutely amazing! The exam was thorough and straightforward, and she could not have been any nicer!! Extremely comfortable and clean environment, with plenty of glasses to choose from. I will be sending the rest of my family here for sure!
