Eck Mary OD

I wish we had met Dr Eck years ago, my daughter immediately liked her today and is never not nervous for an eye exam. She is very calming and extremely good w children, she explains everything in a way that instantly put us both at ease. We will absolutely be back next year, highly recommended Dr Eck!

I've been a patient of Dr. Eck's now for over 6 years and I couldn't be happier with the service her, and her entire office supplies every time I'm there. My entire family goes to her and we drive 40 minutes for appointments, that's how much we have been pleased. My mom a few months back had an emergency with her eye. She wears contacts and needed an appointment same day. The staff was so helpful in getting her scheduled, understanding her insurance and just being pleasant overall. Dr. Eck was wonderful and squeezed her in that day. I've always get my contacts with them because their prices are the same as the big companies and the turn around time is amazing. My dad loves the frame selection, and he is a picky man. I'd recommend Dr. Eck to anyone for an eye exam. I've actually sent a handful of my friends and other family members to her because of the service, friendliness, and wonderful care and treatment Dr. Eck and her entire staff provide.

So I usually never get upset enough to fill out a review but I believe that I would like to warn others. Although I think Mary is a good eye doctor I believe she doesn't care about the products she sells. My wife recently purchased new lenses for my current frames. I wanted them to be the same as the last ones,that's why she ordered them through Mary. Well they scratched immediately and now they are like looking through clouds. Well my wife called and I called without anybody returning the calls. I believe in small business but not dealing with the problem at hand is not such a great way to keep business

Dr Eck just took both of my girls. (ages 4 & 9) Both needed glasses and she was so thorough and detailed, but also kid friendly and beyond PATIENCE. Staff is always friendly and has great customer service as well!

Recently moved to the area and I needed to get contact lenses. Wasn't sure where to go so I look up eye doctors close to me on Google. Thankfully I came across Dr. Eck's office. I've worn glasses and contact lenses for most of my life and haven't had a better experience. Not only was Dr. Eck helpful, but her whole office staff were amazing. I wasn't sure what my healthcare plan covered but the office was able to tell me exactly and get me setup and ready to walk out with contacts. Dr. Eck was very professional and made sure everything fit perfectly and were comfortable. I would, and have, recommend Dr. Eck to anyone that asks!!

I never take the time to write reviews but this had to be done. Being a patient of Dr. Eck I was prescribed contact lenses in January of this year and in July of this year I relocated to a different state. I need to change my driver's license and until I do I cannot secure a student loan for my daughter. Now we all our tolerance for people too full of themselves not seeing they are just an eye doctor but when it involves our children we take on a whole new perspective so I will continue on all social media and warn people to stay away from this doctor as she is the most unhelpful doctor I have encountered in my life. The DMV states they receive these particular forms from eye doctors all day long for the thousands of people relocating to the Carolinas without incident. Obviously the person applying for a license is not physically in the office to sign a form in their presence. There are many eye doctors out there; choose one that will work for you and with you.
