10/10 Experience at America's Best! America's Best was truly amazing from start to finish! The staff took their time helping me understand the entire process and answered every question with patience and kindness. They also let me know that I can bring my kids' glasses back anytime if they need to be fixed, which gave me such peace of mind. Every lady who helped us was so nice, professional, and genuinely caring. The customer service was outstanding definitely a place I'll continue to return to and recommend! Thank you ladies!

Friday November 14th 2025 We had the best experience at this location! It was my 5year old first exam and Antoine did a phenomenal job! He has so much patience and is very kind ! 10/10 he is GREAT! Lisa who helped us with choosing and designing our glasses was absolutely incredible! She is amazing with kids so kind so caring! So grateful for her help! 10/10 My son had an amazing experience at his first Eye Exam and getting glasses! Thank you to the rest of the staff also that were working in front that day! You ladies rock!

My girlfriend went in to get glasses at America's Best in Trexlertown, PA, and I just wanted to shout out Bonnie at the front desk and Lisa who helped us find frames--both were super friendly and made the whole experience way better than we expected. We only planned on getting one pair, but ended up leaving with more just because of how helpful and fun they were. Lisa really knew her stuff when it came to lenses and explained the differences in a way that actually made sense, so I went with the better option based on her recommendation. I appreciated how honest and down-to-earth she was. Honestly, the whole vibe was light and relaxed-we were actually laughing as we walked out. You don't usually say, "That was fun" after buying glasses, but somehow they made it just that. Big thanks to both of them.

This is the best place for eyeglasses. They have a huge selection. The customer service is excellent. They are so professional, courteous helpful and friendly. A big Thank You to Gabby, Cory, Amy, Antuan, Daniela, and Dr. Barbara. (hope I didn't miss anyone)..You all made the time I spent getting my glasses very enjoyable. I highly recommend this Americas Best!

All of the staff was super friendly: we needed help from four different people during the process of getting prescription glasses. The process did not take long, the selection of frames was decent, and the value was well worth it.
