When I went the place was busy but they did a great job multitasking. They took me in for initial exam and while the drops were in my eyes they had me look at frames. Then took back in to finish exam,then back out to get frames. Everyone was very nice and professional.

I followed the staff from the Clark's summit office to Tunkhannock, over 20 + years ago, because I love the staff so much. They are amazing. Michelle, Michelle, Kathy, and Mel 10/10

I have had so many bad experiences with eye doctors in past 10 years. I have asked the last 3 eye doctors about a prescription for something for my dry eye and all I ever got was, just use over the counter drops. I was floored by the customer service from the minute I walked in. When I got in the exam room the girl took my info and I said about my dry eye. The doctor came in with a sample of a medicine and said to try it, if it worked he would prescribe it for me if it was affordable, if not, he'd let me try something else and prescribe that, as this original medication is usually expensive. He was so patient with me. I have had other eye doctors that were so rude and rushed me, I am sure my prescription ended up being wrong because of that. He gave me details on my eyes that no one had done in the past. The woman that fitted me for glasses was amazing. She pointed out a detail about why glasses were usually crooked on me that no one had ever done before. She measured me 3 times. I am so impressed by this place and will be a patient for years to come for sure! My daughter is a patient and she loves it there and my husband will be a patient come next month.

I personally think everyone there is very fantastic and friendly except Melanie she seems to be hard to work with

They get their patients in and out quickly. Dr. Golecki is phenomenal. She is quick, she is thorough, she is knowledgeable and always is available if there is an issue.

Very friendly, professional. Answered all my questions. Hardly any wait time. Each stage of the process was plesant.
