My husband has to go there through work. Everytime he comes down there no matter who he gets staff is rude. They don't take their time . They half ass adjust them. Brought them home and they r crooked. Person there told him their table was crooked. Well mine isn't. Ridiculous. Do ur jobs and be personable. Doesn't take much
My experience is always so great at nittany eye!! They are very thorough with the exams. Dr Russell, Sam, Lindsey, Samie and Rachael all amazing humans, answer all my questions, and make me feel comfortable!! I actually look forward to going to my appointments thanks to them!! Couldn't recommend them enough!
We love the Nittany Eye associates in Tyrone, and the staff are always so friendly. The glasses specialist, Sam, has helped us immensely with our kids glasses. So grateful to have them in this town.
Started going here because it's close and they took my insurance. But I continue to go here because they're fantastic. Dr Russell is is exceptional. Very thorough and takes time to answer all questions and explain everything. My daughter has recently started going here and she says the same thing. She loves it here way better than her old eye Dr.
These guys are absolutely ridiculous not only are they only open 2 days a week but I've been waiting for a pair of safety classes for over a month do better or shut down
I had an extremely pleasant experience with Nittany Eye Associates of Tyrone. In fact my interactions with everyone, from the one who found me an early appointment during my initial call, to those at the counter, the technician who performed various tests, to the doctor who handledthe results and advised me. All were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I can not recommend them strongly enough. They are an excellent team. I'm dying to go back there.
My last appointment in November was to order a pair of glasses. Sam took the time to help me find many options and she was so nice to work with. She went above and beyond. Dr. Russell endured appointment after appointment with me to resolve my vision issue. She, also, went above and beyond and her expertise nailed down the issue I was having and resolved it. Thanks Nittany Eye, Tyrone....I won't go anywhere else.
