I had a great experience at MyEye Dr. - Boothwyn. From the moment I walked in, the front office staff was welcoming, kind, and incredibly professional. As a new patient, the sign-in process was smooth, efficient, and surprisingly fast, which I truly appreciated. Joey was especially helpful while I was selecting eyewear. He was extremely knowledgeable about the different frame options and took the time to explain styles, fit, and features without rushing me. I tried on multiple pairs and was a bit uncertain, but patience was definitely shown every step of the way, which made the experience feel comfortable and pressure-free. Overall, this was a positive and well-run visit. I'll definitely be back.

Had my eye doctor appointment on February 6, 2026 with Dr. Alisa Cheriachangel and I was very pleased with my thorough exam. Crystal is very welcoming and friendly. Shay is extremely helpful in helping me choose the best frames and goes the extra mile to help me with savings. Overall, very impressed with the staff at My Eye Doctor. Thank you!!

My Eye DR. In PA-Boothwyn has great staff. Joey helped me find the perfect and affordable pair of glasses, that I received quickly and with a smile! Dr. Cheri is wonderful and helping me find the right Dry Eye remedy from her vast knowledge and resources, and Ashley is always friendly and helpful and encouraging with my Scleral Lens fitting needs! From reception through to the doctor, this is a great place for your eye health needs!

I have been a long time patient of MyEyeDr and consistently receive excellent service. I was especially impressed with Joey, the Technician. He was very knowledgeable, freindly, and appreciated how he took the time to answer my many questions...at no time did I feel rushed. I was very pleased with my new lenses. I highly recommend this office to others. You will not be disappointed.

Update: On 12/4/25 Destanie from Patient Relations reached out to me and was able to get a vision recheck scheduled for me. On 12/10/25 the vision recheck was completed. They almost cancelled my appointment even though I had confirmed via text. Apparently you have to call to confirm all appointments or they will cancel it on you. However during that visit I felt belittled and confrontational by the office staff because I did not buy glasses from them and questioned the initial exam results. Dr. Syed was good at explaining and completing the exam to verify the prescription but I'm not sure if they just reverted back to my original prescription just to appease me. I'm still not certain if my prescription is correct so I'll find another doctor and facility in 2026. Ultimately I have determined that I will not return to this office due to the confrontation and argumentative attitude that I received. I have been going to this location for over 35 years when Dr. Ozer was there. After my recent eye exam, I will not be returning. My appointment was for 10 am but the doctor didn't walk into the office until after 10:15 am and I didn't get seen by the doctor for at least another 10 minutes. Despite having the digital optical retinal test completed, the doctor still wanted to dilate my eyes. She placed drops in my eyes and then continued with the exam to determine my vision prescription. I'm now having difficulty trying to focus since my eyes are fogging up the machine and are still dilating. After the exam, they try to push me to buy new glasses. I declined since I'm not having any issues with my current glasses. When I receive the printed prescription, the prescription changed despite being told it really hadn't changed. Looking at the prescription, I felt it wasn't correct since it now showed no astigmatism in one eye, yet I've had this my entire life. I called and asked to speak to the manager, having to call twice to get her to call back. Essentially I was told that until I ordered glasses from them and it was determined that I was having issues with the glasses that they would not re-examine my eyes. I said that I'm not about to spend hundreds of dollars on glasses that I might not even be able to wear. or have to go through having to have remade. The only thing that I asked for was to just have my prescription rechecked without any drops in my eyes but I was denied. This did not happen when Dr. Ozer was there. I will be finding another eye doctor and not one associated with My Eye Doctor centers. This company just wants to pressure you to buy glasses and won't address your concerns after your initial visit. It's definitely not the same since Dr. Ozer is retired.

I love this place. It makes it easier to stick to your yearly appointments when you actually feel comfortable! Joey is the absolute best. His honesty and very personable approach was what helped me choose the right pair of glasses. I won't be changing locations anytime soon.

1st time at the eye doctor in a long time. Went to the MyEyeDr. on Meetinghouse Rd in Boothwyn, Pa and everything was easy! Booked the appointment online. Everyone from the person at the front desk, to the assistant, to the doctor, were professional and made the appointment and visit easy. Big thank you to Joe Broomall, who made the billing portion seamless and he also helped me pick out my glasses. The order was placed and was told about 2 weeks, but my glasses arrived in about a week. This will be my eye doctor for the foreseeable future!

My experiences here have always been great. Everyone is helpful and friendly. My doctor listens to my needs and helps me find the best contact lenses that fit my lifestyle. Joey was super helpful with figuring out my best, most cost-effective options for both contacts and glasses, and he answered all my questions with patience and expertise. I would recommend this location.
