EyeSense Doctors of Optometry

Was good at 1st. Receptionist(s) are nice. But the doctor never shows up. My husband has be rescheduled 3x in 1 year. Always 3 months out.

Optometrist canceled when I was about to walk out the door to leave for my appointment. Appears by reading other reviews this is a repeating occurrence. I was a patient of other eye sense locations for the last 12 years and was very pleased, however those offices closed and I switched to the Valley View location. Things can come up but should not happen repeatedly.

Don't waste your time. This used to be a great, respected optometry office with multiple doctors. I was a patient there for 36 years. The last remaining doctor at the practice cancels appointments last minute, yet has a 24 hr cancelation fee of her own. I suppose only her time is important. I made an appointment 6 months ago and just had her cancel it for the 4th time, just 2 hrs before appt time. I won't even get into what I went through to get my daughter's contacts. If you actually get in for an appointment, prepare to wait at least an hour past your scheduled time. Terrible Terrible service! 0 stars!!

One of the most detailed professional eye exams I've ever had. At another local vision place my exams averaged 15 min. Dr. K was very thorough going over my history and spent close to an hour. I didn't encounter any rudeness with the staff at all. The very rude and ignorant person who used to be there didn't seem to work there anymore. All in all both my husband and myself had a good experience.

Absolutely awful awful staff. The receptionist was nasty every single time we've ever gone there. Just in a very angry mood & downright rude the entire time, even to my children. I thought it might just be me she doesn't like but I've had other people tell me the same thing about this woman. The doctor herself seems very kind but getting an appt is a task all on its own. We once waited 6 months for an appt only to be called the day before & told it needed to be rescheduled because of their schedule conflicts & then told it would be about 3 months until they could fit us in again. When I complained about already waited 6 months, I was screamed at and told to "go somewhere else if I don't like it!" And then hung up on. I could go on & on about this place but it's not worth it. Honestly, if you have another option for optometry, choose it and avoid this place at all costs. Trust me!

The Optometrist there is known to cancel appts or not show up and she did that to us. I ended up going to an Optometrist in St Clair. A total flake!

Don't waste your time. Staff are incompetent. My glasses are my white elephant.Don't waste your money. Paid for glasses I won't be wearing.

Always very friendly and professional. I had a concern with my eye and they got me in immediately, very grateful. THANK YOU!
