OPSM Castletown

The team were great, It was my first time dealing with OPSM and while i found they were quite expensive relative to other prescription glasses and sunglass outlets, the value for money in the 30 day satisfaction guarantee was realised when I received my glasses. I was not aware that adding UV protection would leave a yellow reflective tint on the outside of the lens. I wasn't enthusiastic about this as the sunglass aesthetic was diminished and they looked cheaper and disposable in my opinion. I didn't know this was going to happen and thought to ask the question of the team and they explained it to me which helped me to understand. I relayed my concerns and they were receptive and understanding and provided me a resolution to my delight. They re-did the lenses and put the UV protection on the back of the lenses so i could still have the UV protection while optimising the aesthetic of the sunglasses.

The store was beautiful and clean. The optometrist was very thorough and professional. The girls out the front had exceptional customer service and knowledge of their products. Highly recommend

The testing and services from OPSM Castle Hill was outstanding. There is always a great feel to the shop and from the staff. The professionalism is on par with all customer services.. Entering to leaving is very important to a professional like myself.

I can highly recommend the professionalism and dedication of Carmel and Debbie, their staff, and Teah the optometrist. They provided me with excellent customer service, and worked diligently to match the correct frames and lens to suit the astigmatism and variation between my eyes.

The service by the staff was very good and caring but the glasses are not what I expected. My sight was clear but when driving home, I had a double vision and it did made me dizzy
