I picked up new glasses on July 10, and the temple broke 5 weeks later. Because I live on Social Security only, and alone, I couldn't afford the Protection Plan. As it is turning out....too bad for me. Stay away

After many various calls in search of a new eye doctor, Chariho Eye Care was hands-down the most pleasant customer experience I've had in many, many years; and this was just the initial phone call. The experience just kept getting better as I went for my in-person visit. I am a huge supporter of small family businesses, being involved in one myself, and I cannot recommend Chariho Eye Care enough. They have everything hitting on all cylinders, the people here are great at what they do and create an atmosphere that is welcoming and inviting. You can't go wrong, they treat you like family!!

This place is amazing! The doctors ( Dr Rick and Dr Tom) are friendly, professional and knowledgable. The receptionist is friendly and efficient as well. The office is super cute and they have a large selection of glasses and sunglasses at very reasonable prices. I purchased glasses and contact lenses at my last visit. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my or my family's eye care. I will definitely return and tell all my friends!

I went here as a kid and then began ordering glasses online to save money. The customer service from the top down can't be beat. When you first call to set up an appt, while you check in, when you're with the doctor, and while you pick out your glasses you're treated with respect and like part of a family. I agree with other reviewers make sure you see Ben! He's incredibly helpful, honest and full of sound advice. He won't steer you wrong. So happy to have found them again.
