Efficient and Professional. Dr. Wint and her team tested the health of my eyes and sight with great care. My wait time was minimal and I really enjoyed playing the video games and having my eyeballs photographed (they were A - OK). Highly recommend.. Great team.

I saw Dr. Wendt who was kind, efficient, and understanding. She listened to my concerns and offered solutions and explanations. She answered my questions thoughtfully and I felt that she cared about me as a patient. This office is higher volume than I had realized so I did wait some, but nothing unreasonable! Thankful and will be back.

Office staff was incredibly nice. The wait was short.Dr Branch took the time to explain things and was very thorough and professional.

They took advantage of my 85 year old Mama. I am not happy with them. They performed an exam and prescribed glasses that she did not need. Shame on them!! She is a Medicaid patient and can't afford what they charged her. I hope they stand before the Lord one day and answer for this.

Always well taken care of at Eye Care Center- Chapin! Dr. Branch and Wendy are the best! Love the new little remodel they've done for frame selection. Great styles and I have never had a problem when I pick up my new glasses.

If you want to be quoted $195 just to get a prescription then by all means stop on by. If you value your time or money go literally anywhere else.

Paid $300+ for glasses WITH insurance. They told me it would take 2 weeks to get the new lenses on. It has been 4 going on 5 weeks now that I have been without glasses. I call every week, and they just tell me its been delayed another week. They say that the lab has been messing up orders, so they have to keep sending them back. They say there is nothing they can do but wait. They have not offered any compensation or any alternatives. They basically just said too bad for you. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. EDIT - 4/10/25 They called me to apologize for the delays and offered to make up for the mistakes by offering compensation. I am waiting on everything to process and will give one more update. EDIT - 4/14/25 I received my glasses and called to speak with the lady whom I spoke with on 4/10 to receive the compensation. I was told she was busy and I would get a callback. EDIT - 4/16/25 No callback by the end of the day. I called back and reached a different department, which said the office was out. They sent an email requesting the callback. EDIT - 4/17/25 Reached the manager. They said they provided a refund for a portion of the glasses. Hopefully, this is resolved now. I will make one more update when I see the refund on my card. EDIT - 4/25/25 Refund back on my card. I increased my review to two stars. While this shouldemt have happened in the first place, they kept to their word and made it up to me.

This was my 1st appointment and I can't praise the staff and Dr. enough. I could feel the love for their patients, especially the ole southern town hospitality. The diagnosis was a shock, however I'm putting all my trust and eyes in their capable highly skilled hands. Raised up north, the decision to move here was the best choice!
