Doctor pool is wonderful doctor once you meet him his great and the staff are great they have great front desk service very nice and caring. I got my first pair of glasses there and loves them they took frat care of me and my Eye needs as well as my mom I've tried other places too but they are great every time.

Beening going to them since I was in 3rd grade. Have never had an issues with them. Very friendly staff, and the doctors are amazing! They take the time to explain things to you if there is an issue and what needs to be done.

Highly recommend Poole Eyecare! I had a great experience for years at this practice. The staff is warm, welcoming, and kind. They always understood and took care of me and my families needs. Both doctors were amazing and very knowledgeable as well. Highly recommended for all your eye care needs!

After having issues with my current glasses I spoke with Scott Caldwell outside of work and he recommended me to his employer Dr. Poole. It turned out my current prescription lenses was to strong just as Scott suspected. Dr. Poole and his staff are very helpful and it's nice to know someone in the business to explain the in's and outs of this field.

My father paid extra out of pocket to have his glasses mailed since he cannot see well enough to drive there. After a week from when he expected them to be delivered he called and they told him they arrived at the office for him to pick up. They never even calked him to let him know. After a bit of back and forth that he already paid for the delivery service, they agreed to send them. It has been almost 2 weeks and still no glasses. He lives in Clover so it should not take that long. Shame on them for taking advantage of an older person who is legally blind and NEEDS those glasses! You lost what was a loyal customer because I wanted him to go somewhere closer to him.

We've been coming here for year not because it's the least expensive or because the service is great but rather because we like Dr. Poole and we believe is supporting small business. After an atrocious customer service experience today we will not be returning. What happened? My lenses scratched on a pair of glasses we shelled out several hundred dollars for earlier this summer. Fortunately they were under warranty. They ordered the lenses and and sent me a text to bring them by including the times they are open and asking me to allow for 20 minutes to have them cut and placed in the frames. I took the day off to take care of it as I work in the City and am not available typically during business hours. I arrived during the times listed and was told they couldn't do it he was on vacation and they suggested I leave them and pick them up next week. I need the glasses to drive- that's not an option. The staff was rude and unsympathetic and offered no apology for their mistake as they sent me the directions to come in. As I was leaving one of them blurted out "it's not our fault." Absolutely garbage service. I'll be back for the lenses and we won't be back again and we'll be sure to share the message around the community.

Poole Eyecare is awesome! The doctors are wonderful as well as everyone else who works there. Erin and Candace are especially helpful, kind, and pleasant. Poole Eyecare is a great place to go for your eye care.

Had to switch my kids eye doctor due to insurance change last year. Ended up being great for us because we liked Dr. Poole & the staff here, and they have affordable eyewear. Will definitely continue to go here for our family vision needs.
