I like going here much better than the Florence location, because it is much smaller and I don't have to wait very long usually.

Once I get my contact prescription that I already paid for finalized I will never do business with this company again simply because there is absolutely no way possible to contact anyone in office by phone all calls go through a call center that is unable to answer any of my questions. If being able to reach your doctor's office directly is as important to you as it is me don't go here. Otherwise my office visit was quick and pleasant .

Staff was very helpful! Did not rush took time to talk and explain to my daughter that has cerebral palsy, and very sensitive eyes. We had to go to three different places before We heard about Dillon Carolina center for sight, because she's in a wheelchair. She would never wear glasses we got prior to going to Carolina Center, and now we no why. The prior eye Dr. we seen was done in 10 minutes! Wild he was fast i though, wrong perception, she had good vision in one eye but couldn't see because the perception was so strong when she had nothing going on. Thank you for getting her straight.
