The desk staff seem great but the optometrist working here is incompetent and unorganized.
I had my eye exam here several weeks ago where they misidentified the prescription of my right eye. During that appointment I was maid to wait 20+ minutes from initial procedure with a technician to when the doctor arrived at my room. The evaluation seemed rushed and I received the wrong prescription as a result.
Today I am back to get my prescription fixed, kudos to the staff for getting this setup to fix the error, but again I have waited 20+ minutes to be seen. I hope I receive a more accurate prescription this time around but I definitely will not be returning to this office for future glasses. I encourage others to visit one of the other eye doctors in Newberry and save yourself the hassle.
Edit for timeline after the appointment: I was scheduled for an appointment at 8:40am, arrived at 8:40am, was seen by the techs at ~8:50am, finished being evaluated by the techs by ~9:05am at the latest, waited in patient room and was seen by Dr. Karen Wint at ~9:45am, left the office at 10:05am.

I was a patient of Dr. Tim Stafford for years and would happily give him a 5 star review. However, when he retired, my family and I were all given appointments with Dr. Marcella Wright. We all came away with the same thoughts. We felt rushed, like she was not listening and like she was constantly trying to up sell us. We have set up our next appointments with Dr. Maria Dickerson, the other OD in the office, as we have heard positive reviews.
