They could do better with the staff and also me and my grandmother both had to wait over 6 weeks to get our glasses wasn't notified I just ordered my last pair from them and will be finding another eye Dr

The office staff is absolutely wonderful. They were all incredibly kind.
Dr. Nelson, however, was not. I took my 4 year old son in to be seen and the doctor acted like he was annoyed that he was seeing a child. He did nothing to try to make my son, who was obviously nervous, feel comfortable. It's perfectly fine to not want to see children, but don't accept pediatric patients if you can't even be bothered to say hello to the child.
Maybe he was just having a bad day, but we won't be returning to find out.

This place has my glasses pickup and this is the second time I've driven 30 minutes only to find the office closed without any notifications when it says their online and I was told earlier in the week I can pick my glasses up.
I've wasted two hours of my life, the gas it took to get here, and have had headaches for two weeks. Thanks guys.

The ladies at this office are wonderful . I have always went to the one in Spartanburg but I will start coming to this one . I was running late bc of an incident that happened and they were so nice and understanding . Dr. Sprouse is such wonderful doctor . He takes his time and is genuinely caring about his patients which is a major plus . Thank you ladies and Dr. Sprouse .
